Loaded with a peanut butter caramel topping and melted chocolate, these sweet and salty dessert Fritos® make a tasty treat for sharing with a crowd.

How to make it

    On large parchment paper–lined baking sheet, arrange Fritos® Original Corn Chips in an even layer.

    In medium saucepan set over medium-high heat, add sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boil, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is melted.

    Stir in peanut butter. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes or until peanut butter is melted and mixture is smooth and blended.

    Drizzle peanut butter mixture over corn chips. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  • If desired, top with toasted sweetened flaked coconut, chopped nuts or chopped dried fruit before serving.
