In large skillet, combine rice mix, Special Seasonings, 1 1/4 cups water, 1 Tbsp. margarine and 1 lb. uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces. Bring to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 min. or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Tips & Tricks
Add 1/2 cup each chopped celery and onion during the last 5 min. of simmering.
