How to make it

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush 10-inch cast iron skillet with 1 tbsp butter.

In medium bowl, stir together cornbread mix, egg, 1 cup Cheetos® Crunchy Flamin’ Hot® Cheese, buttermilk, sour cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and the remaining butter until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into prepared skillet and sprinkle with remaining Cheetos® Crunchy Flamin’ Hot® Cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crispy, and a tester comes out clean when inserted into center of cornbread.
Tips & Tricks
Fold in corn kernels, chopped crispy cooked bacon and/or chopped scallions into cornbread batter before baking if desired.
