Ingredients

40 (1/2 bag) TOSTITOS® SCOOPS!®
1 cup assorted fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or chopped strawberries
2 tbsp brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp honey

How to make it

Toss the berries with half the brown sugar; set aside.
